The Hybrid · Most popular
The whole athlete.
Strength makes you hard to break. Jiu jitsu makes you hard to control. The Hybrid is both floors on one membership — programmed as one plan for one body, not two schedules fighting each other.
What a week looks like
Four sessions, one plan.
A typical Hybrid week — your coach shapes it around your screen, your schedule, and how much your body has in the tank.
Lift — lower
Squat and hinge day on the strength floor. Heavy enough to matter, coached enough to be safe.
Mat — fundamentals
Tonight's position, drilled and rehearsed. Your grip strength quietly thanks yesterday's carries.
Lift — upper
Press and pull. Programmed knowing you rolled Tuesday — the doctor writes both halves of your week.
Mat — rounds + plunge
Positional rounds, live if you want them. Then the sauna and the cold plunge, because it's included and you earned it.
The math
Both, for less than the sum.
Strength is $249. Jiu jitsu is $199. The Hybrid isn't a bundle discount — it's one membership that was always meant to be the default.
Separately
Strength $249 + Jiu Jitsu $199, managed as two plans.
Both floors, one plan, one bill — $149 less than paying separately.
Two of you?
Partner pricing takes $25/mo off each adult. Two Hybrids: $548/mo total.
Who it's for
People who want it all to work together.
The restless
Lifting alone got boring; grappling alone beat you up. Together they feed each other — strength for the mat, mat for the engine.
The over-scheduled
One membership, one coach tracking your load across both rooms. Nobody double-books your recovery.
The all-in
You're not here to dabble. Four coached hours a week, a doctor watching the trend line, a number that keeps moving.
