Strength & Conditioning
Workout with a team.
Small-group strength in Carmel Mountain Ranch — programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, run by a coach who counts your reps because they're watching them.
What a session looks like
Sixty minutes, nothing wasted.
You never walk in and wonder what to do. The board is written before you arrive.
Walk in, check in
Your coach already knows what you lifted last week — today builds on it. Say hi, drop your stuff, look at your board.
Prep
Movement prep for today's patterns — not a generic warm-up. Ten minutes that make the next forty better.
Main work
The big lifts — squat, hinge, press, pull — loaded for your body and your screen, coached every set. Six people, one coach, zero sets unwatched.
The finisher
Conditioning matched to your goal. Sled, bike, carries. Short and honest — not punishment.
Downshift
Log the numbers, breathe, hit the sauna or the plunge if it's that kind of day. See you Thursday.
Who it's for
Built for the persistent.
Chasing a number
A heavier deadlift, a faster Hyrox time, the first strict pull-up. We program to the number and coach you to it.
Built to last
You're 40 and want the body that keeps up at 60. Strength is the vital sign — we train it like one.
Done guessing alone
Years of big-box memberships, no plan that stuck. A smaller room where the coach knows your name changes that.
Rebuilding after rehab
Finished PT and scared to load it again? The doctor who understands your history is down the hall from the rack.
The price
One price, all sessions.
$249/mo. Two adults joining together take $25/mo off each membership — and if you're adding jiu jitsu, the Hybrid gets you both floors for $299.

The front door
Start with the screen.
Every membership starts with a free 45-minute movement screen with a coach — how you move, what you're chasing, and the written plan you leave with.
